Intelligov Knowledge Manager

The Intelligov Knowledge Manager system provides the ability to store knowledge based information and provides both a topic based as well as keyword based search ability.  This system also functions as a FAQ system.  Content is authored over time that assets both departmental employees as well as citizens in quickly finding answers to questions.  Our system supports a hierarchical security model which allows both for central administration and departmental administration.  In addition all access to the system is captured so that frequently relevant information can be prioritised over less frequent information.
